Our crèche service does not require a provider and service approval. This means we are not an approved education and care service. Crèche services provide short term care for children while their parents participate in an activity, meeting or other event at the same location.

As the parent, you maintain responsibility for your child. This means that you must:

  • Remain within the studio at all times and be able to attend to your child’s needs if required.
  • Immediately return to the crèche to attend to your child if requested to do so by Stone’s Throw Yoga staff.
  • Directly supervise your children before and after crèche attendance times.
  • If your child is upset, needs feeding, needs to go to the toilet or have their nappy changed and crèche staff are unable to attend to those needs in a timely manner, you will be asked to return to the crèche.

Other creche conditions

  • Children must not attend the crèche when they are sick.
  • Children will be returned to parents immediately if they become sick during their attendance at the crèche.
  • Medication cannot be administered to your child by crèche staff.
  • Bookings are final and refunds are not offered for change of mind, injury, illness, or change of address. If you can no longer attend an event, please still notify us so that we are not expecting you on the day.
  • If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your booking to another person of your choice. They will need to create an account in our booking system.
  • Please email cancellations or transfer requests to [email protected].
  • The door is locked at the event start time to protect everyone’s belongings. If you arrive after the door has been locked this will be considered a no-show and the event will not be refunded or credited to your account. We recommend aiming to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid disappointment.
