Our crèche service does not require a provider and service approval. This means we are not an approved education and care service. Crèche services provide short term care for children while their parents participate in an activity, meeting or other event at the same location.
As the parent, you maintain responsibility for your child. This means that you must:
The Intro Offer gives new students unlimited access to our regular weekly classes. It cannot be used for attendance at workshops, courses, or events, and is not redeemable for cash.
Valid for 21 consecutive days from first booking, no-show or late cancellation, regardless of public holidays, cancelled classes or studio closures.

All classes have a two-hour cancellation window. Bookings cancelled within the two hour cancellation window are considered late cancellations.

Zoom classes do not have to be attended live. As long as you have booked into class, you will receive a link to the recording of the class after it has finished (allow up to two hours to receive this link, and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it).
