We love introducing kids to all the mental and physical benefits of yoga.
We run Kids Yoga classes Monday afternoons during the school terms. Book the whole term in advance and save, or book casual classes if available.
The Kids Yoga classes cater for kids between 4 – 12 years old.
Children over 16 are welcome to join classes without a parent or guardian.
Children between 12 and 15 can join a parent or caregiver for general classes if they are mature enough to not disrupt the class. They can’t attend class on their own.
Classes are set in a quiet, contemplative environment and include lying still on the floor for up to 10 minutes at the end.
Under 12s can join dedicated Kids Yoga classes on Monday afternoons during the school term.
