Yin, Yoga Nidra and a warm drink - what's not to like?

Yin & Vin

The weather is cooling, the rain is coming, and it’s time to get warm and cosy at our next winter warmer event - Yin & Vin!

Join us on Friday 17th July from 6-8pm for a luscious Yin class followed by a guided Yoga Nidra, with a complimentary warming glass of mulled wine afterwards (hot chocolate also available if you’d prefer!). Both options are vegan-friendly. 🌱

Come in the most comfortable clothes you own (bed socks welcome!) and prepare for the best night of sleep you’ve ever had.

As we’re unable to share props, please ensure you bring the following items along with you:

  • A yoga bolster, or two pillows/couch cushions
  • 2-3 blankets or bath towels
  • Yoga block/s (optional)
  • Eye pillow (optional)
  • Yoga strap (optional)

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a more meditative practice, holding passive, supported postures for three to five minutes at a time. Yin Yoga works into the connective tissues, releasing fascia and improving flexibility.

Yin classes are suitable for all levels, and ideal for anyone looking to relax, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

Refunds will only be provided if a minimum of 72 hours notice is provided.
